Absolutely nothing! The place was horrid. No blankets on the bed, pretty sure there were mouse turds in the desk drawer.

Nothing like the web site, room was tiny and smelly. Garbage bags right outside the door and door was not sealed and could see daylight. Broken chair on balcony.

The smell, the carpet was stained the walls had scuffs all over them, you could see where old mirrors were hung and taken down from the dirt on the walls. The bathtub had burn marks all over it. The room was not cleaned and had water stains on the Murrow from the previous person. There were light bulbs missing from the ceiling lights. You could hear everyone walking above you. The entry to the room was from the street and my door had a huge crack where you could see outside.

Staff. Cleanliness. Stood in the lobby for 45 minutes waiting to check in and nobody helped me. Been waiting a week to hear about a refund. To be told it was going to cost me 170$ to cancel. Well worth the $ to stay elsewhere

Property had undergone major refurbishment but not the room we was allocated rusty fitting ,sticky floor curtaining hanging off and said heated swimming pool but locked up unable to use.

Nothing. Location. WIFI. I was too busy & tired to take pictures. ................................

I left their 3 nights ago. I thought I had seen the worst hotel ever in Denver when attending a convention. I was wrong. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN, moderately staffed and fully repaired before opening again! The first room I was given was in the "tear down" phase of being remodelled. The 2nd was in need of everything except good TV channels. Different rooms had different TV channels - WTF?! 1 day later I changed rooms. A snowstorm that night proved why it was so cold inside, with snow that had blown in through the bottom and side of the door. I used cardboard to fill the gaps. 2 days later I got a space heater & a drain plug for the bathtub. It was quiet only because Nobody wanted to stay there. I just moved back to Rapid City, and not wanting move boxes on an ebike in Winter weather, I put up with that 3 member staff for 16 nights. They falsely advertise free breakfast and won't correct their advertisement. I put out my own trash, and got towels, etc. when I asked for it. No housekeeping was "ever" offered. Both clothes washers were out of order. Damaged furniture everywhere. Bed was decent, but without a bedspread. The mid-eastern mgr. (owner?) and staff had "no" sense of urgency/service. They did not (would not?) hires whites or blacks. Only their skin shade (Indian, Native, Mid-Eastern). I offered my extensive hospitality resume, and have not been called. Staff friendly, but not helpful. Once I had moved my stuff into storage, I went camping to improve my experience.

Room was ok.

Had to wait a little bit for the room to be finished. Booked a balcony room. Didn't get it. I was put front and center right across from the fast food drive thru. Kind of annoying at times with headlights.
