Comfortable. Nice pool/hot tub. Good breakfasts
3rd day door didn’t lock. Anyone could walk in when we weren’t there. Front desk was informed in the morning and lock wasn’t fixed until close to 14 hours later. Even after “fixed” didn’t work properly. Wouldn’t unlock to enter room unless you used key card at least 4x. Room 305 left valuables in daughters separate room at night and carried them with me during the day

The bathroom was improved. Had shampoo and conditioner and lotion. Fairly clean. Well lit. Actually got room service. I do use my own stuff for the most part. Having a fridge and a microwave are good. Tv speaker was a little bad if it got turned up made noise. But was ok. Breakfast was good. Nice people. Quiet most of the time. Once and a while you can hear doors.
Couldn't open the window more than 4 inches. Rooms could always be cleaner. Vacuum the floors more often.
Could use more than one chair.

The breakfast was a huge disappointment. Not enough room to seat everyone. By 8 am the food selection was scarce. Very limited selection for food.

That booking.com did not follow through confirming reservation to The motel after my payment was received. We got to the motel and no booking was transferred from booking to motel. This is the second time this is happened with booking.com. I may not continue to use booking.com or any online booking company and call motel directly

Did not refill items as they went empty for breakfast. Never enough cups for drinks.
Housekeeping never came to our room to bring us new towels or empty the trash, even though we sent a request for it to be done.

We were grateful for comfortable beds and pillows. And due to health issues, my boyfriend couldn't attend the funeral we were in town for and the manager allowed us a later check out. He has cancer and was not feeling well. Thank you for your compassion. Restores a person beliefs in humanity.
