room don’t have micro wave

The bathroom was clean. There was a microwave at the end of the hall for use by the guests. The room was low priced. We expected rugged conditions and brought along an extension cord and extra blanket - both were helpful.

The room carpet was old and dirty and needs to be changed as this would make the room smell more pleasant. There needs to be a mat at the entrance to the outside door to the guest room. One of the reading lamps was burnt out and we took it to the desk lady but she couldn't give us a replacement.

The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The location was convenient.

I booked online and got a confirmation number but when I got there the girl at the desk needed the company that I had booked with and at no time whatsoever was I told what company I was booking with. She couldn't even tell from my confirmation number and I had to use my phone logs to call the booking company back. Then in the meantime the desk person found my reservation somehow. So there's a weak spot in the booking process somewhere.

They didn't reserve us a second room that we booked! We left town the next day because they violated their agreement with us. My card is showing a pending payment for both nights when we only got 1 room for 1 night! Unbelievable...

The owner was extremely rude threaten to call the police just because i talked loudly on the phone, did not have wifi, room was dirty stinky place
