Quick access from the airport

First room was nice but the air didn't work, moved to another room but beds were smaller and TV smaller. The restaurant food was bland and service was subpar.

Room felt spacious. Had dinner at hotel and it was very good! All service staff from check in to food server were great.

Bottom Sheet on bed had open hole in it and needs to be tossed. Ceiling over shower had obvious water damage/stains. Upholstered chair obviously stained and should be replaced or recovered. Chose this hotel because of proximity to airport and airport shuttle to airport, unfortunately when we were there, they had a rental shuttle without ‘credentials’ to take us to our terminal (curbside). Sky train got us there, but had to juggle luggage, etc, so a bit disappointing.

perfect location

only issue and important for elderly the van to airport was a loaner and did not have necessary sticker to do drop off at gates so drop off was at skyline which involves a great deal of walking I asked for wheelchair for my friend and was told there were none she has long Covid which has caused respiratory issues and can not walk great lengths we went to airport early and grateful I did since she needed to stop frequently my suggestion is any time van is not the correct one the desk should inform anyone booking a shuttle since some physical challenges may not be obvious

The hotel was a quick ride from to the airport. When we arrived, our room wasn't ready, but there was a nice outdoor sitting area to relax and wait. During our stay, the hot tub was not working, but we could go over to the hotel next door and use their's. Since we stayed on Christmas, the restaurant and bar area was closed but we were able to enjoy the cook to order breakfast in the morning. The beds were comfortable. The room was larger than normal and we had a view of the mountains.

I understand that some amenities were not available on Christmas day, but I wish I was informed of this ahead of time. I even called ahead of time to verify that the restaurant would be open but the person at the desk did not tell me that it would be closed.
