Room was good! Staff was all business. Paid extra for parking but overall good location for a concert at PPG Arena

Staff not very friendly, restaurant staff really not people friendly

Bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows. Liked the warm cookie, was delish. Liked the fact that it had conditioner, shower gel, makeup wipes and lotion provided in the bathroom.

Room was spacious, check in staff was extremely friendly, valet was extremely helpful and friendly!

Hallway of fourth floor was covered in cups, butter knives, trash and drinks everywhere we had to step around. On the floor and elevator table. I understand this is the fault of rude guests but it was there at check in and check out. So no one attended to it. We were told at check in our sofa bed bedding would be in the closet. After the concert at 1am we realized it wasn’t there. We called the front and I was told “ok. come get it.” It’s not like I can’t walk and get it but it was supposed to be there and the tone was way off.

Disappointed with parking, and deceptive parking rates. I will not stay here again.

Honestly regarding the extra high costs of parking (for the parking garage within the hotel) and the claim the parking was not affiliated with the hotel. BS.

Location was good.

They had a huge adults only conference when we stayed. People were half clothed and dressed up in costumes. It was not family appropriate. It was also very noisy at night from drunk people in the hallways. We barely slept.

Debían cobrarme 164$ por la reserva que hice en booking y cargaron a mi tarjeta 212$, hice el reclamo y aún estoy esperando respuesta.

staff were nice and the location was good very walkable

dirty and the room was a bit run down paint peeling and stains on the curtains and chairs and the carpet didn’t look clean. It was to the point i didn’t feel comfortable walking around without shoes on. Maybe they gave me not a great room.

The locations was fantastic!!

They charged me an extra fee for no reason. Even the staff didn't understand why I was randomly charged by the system. So I'm hoping that I will get my money back.

Little on the expensive side

The room was lovely. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Loved the sitting area with the armchair and the couch. We had a great view of the city as well. The valet was prompt with getting my vehicle back to me.

I have no negative feedback about this stay at all.

Location

Rooms were very outdated, my bed was made with somebody’s dirty clothes under the sheets when we checked in. The vents in the wall from the AC unit were caked full of black dirt.

Although the staff was very pleasant, they needed more available to check in. Also, having to pay 30+$ for parking for less than 24 hours in insane to me! Parking should be free to hotel guests!

It was close to alot of stuff to do.

The beds were very uncomfortable. And the toilet paper was absolutely the worst.

We ended up with free parking next door since the Double Tree lot was full.

Finding the entrance was easy, but getting to it was difficult. We had to go around several blocks several times to get to hotel entrance.

There was not available parking in the hotels parking garage for us even after we had already booked the stay and we had to park in another garage and walk through downtown Pittsburgh traffic. They did cover our parking though.

Great location downtown. Affordable. Clean. Accommodating.

I was told to park off site. I then waled my luggage 3 city blocks back to the hotel. When I checked out I went to leave the offsite parking. I was never given the hotel parking validation sticker. So luckily a city employee understood and let me out.

Booking.com advertised free breakfast. It was not. It added $47.00 to our cost. We are not happy.

Booking.com advertised free on site parking. It was not free. It added $35. to our cost. We would have been more informed and saved a lot of money if we had simply called the hotel, which we will do from now on.

walking distance to PPG Paints, great location and just what we needed.

I was there for a family emergency - staff was super nice and easy to work with especially with having to extend my stay a couple times...... front desk gentleman was extremely kind.

Room was OK, hotel was a perfect place for a penguins game!

Room was not ready at 5 in the afternoon. Quality of breakfast was disappointing.
