One day we had no room service. Breakfast was chaotic and slow. We had to ask for towels twice. Once we had to go downstairs for towels.

Prices were high due to the gem show. Had to ask for the shower drain to be unclogged and the bathroom fan to be attached better to the ceiling. The issues were resolved right away.

Location was nearby, to go out for the weekend.

The extra fees, parking when your a guest. The water in the room, for sale. The room was not stock properly with shampoo, conditioner, etc. The check in was later than 4pm.

The hotel had an amazing scent as you walked in the front doors. The hotel is very clean as well as the rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We also liked that there was a 24 convenience store available. The beds were very comfortable as well as the pillows. The location was close to everything we needed for our trip and parking was easy to find. There is also a Culvers fast food restaurant in the parking lot, which made it easy to grab something quick to eat.

Our air conditioning unit woke us up several times the first night, it made loud cracking and popping noises. I went to the front desk the next morning and they sent the mechanical engineer to our room to look at it. Later that night when we got back to our room the a/c was still making the same noise. I called the front desk and they moved us to another room. As soon as we settled into our new room the a/c made the same noises but louder than the previous room. We had to switch to another room. We were exhausted from the long day and the last thing you want to do is change rooms several times. The other thing that was bothersome was we could not locate any vending machines for water. We had to use the convenience store and it was VERY expensive.

Big brown stain on the carpet, barking dog in adjacent room, windows were dirty. Was not aware that I had to pay an additional 10 per night for parking. Breakfast was not good. I had to return a side order of pancakes, potatoes were hard and dry. I can go on but I feel it pointless.

Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Somewhat noisy from the floor above. I was on the 4th floor.

Pool sign says the pool was open until 11:00 pm, however we were asked to vacate at 10:00 as the pool was closing. I'd like to see a "free" continental breakfast for all registered guests.
