the building had lots of character and period details. great location in uptown. the bed was comfortable.

the building and the room were a bit rundown. the room felt cramped and in need of sprucing up. 3 flight of stairs with no elevator is a bit too much with luggage. parking and check in instructions are unnecessarily convoluted.

Beautiful property. but needed a elevator. circular staircase too restrictive.

Parking was paid and had a sticker for dates but not always available. no information about meals and sites.

I was glad for the quiet accommodations located conveniently in the Uptown area of Saint John. As an artist I appreciate being surrounded by scenic, historic, and interesting buildings and byways to explore and sketch. The room I booked had a comfortable bed, a kitchenette, and private bath, and was a very agreeable temperature. On this visit to Saint John the Omicron variant was in full surge and it was comforting to be in a location with few other available accommodations, with cooking facilities to enable me to avoid public spaces, and an assured period of undisturbed rest away from a troubled world before a long day of work.

There could have been a small table at which I might have eaten my supper without moving a large lamp, knick-knacks, and tangled power cords. A small table would also have helped me work more comfortably in the evening. Of course, the king-sized bed limited what other furniture might be introduced to the room.

Nice room always enjoy my stay.

Free washing and drying facilities. There is a kitchen and cutlery and plates so you can cook something. You do not have to chat to anyone, the building is very Victorian but entry facilities are hi tech:) Good internet and location.

Very odd and unclear parking facilities. The place is next to a huge building site so it can be quite noisy. The double bed was rather a small double bed.
