Clean facilities, friendly staff, comfortable room with a very larger bathroom

It wasn't immediately clear on check in that breakfast was an extra charge.

Snow was cleared quickly. Comfortable room.

The guest service was excellent. The room was very clean and spacious.

My room was in the back where trucks park so I heard truckers all night. Couldn't sleep.

Harold, at the front desk found us a ride to the airport at 4 AM and went above and beyond to get us there. Thank you very much Harold I much appreciate you.

Breakfast was good, staff was excellent. Hotel and surroundings were quiet.

Pool and hot tub were dirty and out of order!!! Not told that when we booked the room. We were looking forward to it.

Location. It was very close to the airport which is why I was there.

The employees working at the bar seemed as if we bothered them when we checked in. The front desk associate informed us that the bar would be open a little longer but they didn’t smile at all.

The room was comfortable for the most part, very clean and pleasant.

The cooling/airconditiong system was not working well. Knowing that there were high temperatures outside I was not comfortable since I could not get the room temperature to move below 75 degrees -- I set the temperature at 67 degrees. In the bathroom the lighting is not very bright especially above the sink. Not having anywhere to hang a towel in the bathroom was inconvenient.

Bar staff was wonderful. Cheerful to a couple of weary travelers. Front desk was very cheerful and welcoming, as well.

The room was comfortable and a good size and very clean.

The room doors slam shut so it’s very loud when you and other people are coming and going. They ran out of clean towels in the evening and could not provide them when requested.

I liked the fact that for the most part it was quiet. The hot tub an and pull area was nice.

The smoke detector going off at 2:30 in the morning continuously going off all night long kept me awake the bathroom floor was dirty and sticky..

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Adequate is probably the right word for this Hotel. OK but not spectacular. Good for a night or two while traveling.

Nothing was as scheduled chlorine was crazy high, and staff could not care less. We had to be out at 8am so I made sure breakfast was scheduled for seven as advertised. At 7 nothing was ready, lights were out staff were just walking around. I checked with staff at 7:15, then 7:30 they could not care. Son was there for a big event and needed to eat. If we had a plane to catch we would be screwed. Nothing was ready until 8 both days so we ended up with a couple pieces of toast and a bagel as we ran out the door. BTW We had paid extra for the bed and breakfast. Big waste of money. Chick fila and Mcds are right down the road so we grabbed something there. Pool area was WAY too hot and I realize public pools have higher Chlorine but we had to open both doors inside pool area just to stay in there. Water did not seem too bad so maybe there is a leak or storage issue somewhere. Either way don't stay too long it can't be healthy.
