Pool was not available. Breakfast is mediocre Im allergic to animal hair and when I called down to tell them i needed a new room I couldn't sleep, they remarked to wait til the morning. The second room had not been cleaned.

Staff was super friendly. It’s an easy location to get to.

The room smelled very bad, like urine. There was hair on the bathroom floor and my comforter had a stain on it. AC didn’t work and was blowing hot air. The quality for the price was terrible.

The check in host Diedre was wonderful, kind, and attentive. The shuttle service the next morning was on time and quick. The bed was comfy and I slept well.

The outlet the coffee maker was plugged into didn’t work and it took some back and forth trying to figure out if it was the maker or the outlet, the wall thermostat also didn’t work but there was a unit by the wall I eventually got working. The whole facility feels a bit old and dated and you could get a contact high just walking down the hallway- so much weed has been smoked at this place, it just permeates the paper thin walls and carpet. Fortunately, the other guests were relatively quiet but I can imagine if they weren’t it would’ve been hard to get good rest cause the walls and ceilings really are quite thin.

I loved the location(many options for food). I loved the rate for the night( it was affordable).The hotel was clean and check in was a breeze.The rep had everything ready to make check in go fast and smooth!

What I didn't like was the bed that needs to be updated as far as the platform that it's on. We stayed here because we were going on the late boat cruise at the Inner Harbor that night.Unfortunately we missed it because my sister stumped her toe on the corner of the bed platform in our room which later we found out she actually broke the toe as a result of stumping her toe.Also there should be access to ice on each floor!That is the only things that I didn't like other than that the facility is great.

The Continental Breakfast. It has all the essentials needed to start your day. At 6AM my wife would sleep, and I went down to P/U 2 cups coffee and took to our room. At 8AM we went down for the main breakfast. After travel 2 hours from Pennsylvania for a family get together for Easter, we arrived 1 hour before check-in and was allowed to check-in. This made a real difference because it allowed us to relax before my brother picked us up. Very close BWI airport. I priced other hotels in the area of the airport. La Quinta gives value for the money, and you do not pay any RESORT FEE.

The bed was painful and kept me awake all night. 1 cup in the room and no plastic liner for the ice bucket.

The location was perfect for what we needed it for. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were good but I felt the bathroom could have had a good wipe down and remove some of the hair in the corners.

The lady who checked us in was very short with us and rude. I asked if it was an option for the shuttle to pick us up at the car rental and bring us back to the hotel. She rudely said nope, you have to ride it to the airport and call when you're ready. When I had another quesiton she again quickly cut me off and said "I already told you!" When we met the shuttle at the airport the driver said "You know I could have picked you up at the rental car place right? I told him I asked the front desk and they said that was not an option. It worked out to be picked up at the airport but the way the front desk handled it was not professional.

The hotel in general, as well as the room, were clean and in excellent condition. The location was excellent.

The room was very small for two people. For a hotel that bills itself as “Inn & Suites” this was unexpected. The staff at check-in were good, but on the last morning, I was approached by a staff member outside the hotel, after I had checked out, who criticized me for leaving my pet inside of my car (the outside temperature was about 55F at the time), while we went across the street for about an hour to visit the electronics museum. I felt this was highly inappropriate.

Perfect, I have no complaints. Everything was great, especially the blueberry muffins
