Check in experience was bad. Got there at 2 pm and was told my room was ready. Then was told I had to pay $35 to check in the 2 hours early. Had to leave for my event and come back at 8 pm to check in. Breakfast hours on Sunday were reduced and I had to leave before the current breakfast hours so was not able to take advantage of the breakfast.

It was close to every thing.

I requested fresh towels and our bathroom cleaned. The lady that came didn't speak English and didn't clean the tub,I know because there was a towel and soap still in the tub. Whe I called her on it (In Spanish) she just gave me attitude .😒

I have stayed at this hotel before and my expectations were met. The hotel was 10 minutes from our meeting. And the suites were just as I had expected. Im sure we will stay here again in the future.

Starbucks could have opened earlier. My flight was at 10:30 so I left at 7:50 without my Hot Mocha. Just saying.

loud every where , pool had so much chlorine, That my eyes where hurting as soon as I walk in , kids running around bumping to every one breakfast was disgusting etc

No fees for parking if we’re staying in the hotel.

The hotel was convenient and in walking distance to other things.

Our room wasn't cleaned while we were there.

Location

Bathroom sink leaked water from base so water ran all over counter when turned on. Both bathroom and bar sinks were clogged. Cleaning services and front desk person were rude. Phones in room did not work. Guy who was trying to fix things took a long time so we had to ask him to come back. He never came back. Shower curtain would not stay closed.

that my money is still pending from the money o am supposed to get back but the parking s fee came out and I see 2 pending for 68 dollars

The hotel was very nice. Lobby and breakfast area was excellent. They have Starbucks and a lounge inside the property. Indoor pool. Four elevators. Between 5:30p.m. to 6:30p.m. they have a "mixer" in the lounge. Our room was VERY nice, big and clean. Checking in and checking out was easy. Parking was $18.00 per night, but was located next to the hotel and very convenient. It is located near the mall area and a lot of restaurants. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone.

Our room (310) did have leaky faucets in the kitchen area and bathtub.
