The location was safe and convenient to the freeway. There are a lot of shops around within walking distance. The room was spacious and clean, so was the bathroom. The showerhead was really great and had good waterflow. The hotel was good for what I paid last minute.

The breakfast was not so great. They did not have eggs, but two different types of meat. I don't eat meat, so eggs would have been nice. I have never been to a Hampton that did not have eggs, even powdered eggs. The breakfast area was super small, so it was crowded with people trying to make their waffles, bagels, or toast. The drink machine was out of service. There was only one employee working the food area, so he was having a difficult time keeping up with refilling the food. Only green apples were offered as a fruit option. :-/

brfst was very good, im not fussy, no bacon or sausage. we had come from the Hampton inn in boston/revere, much more updated and no chips on any painted, bathroom was nice, just little things I noticed better there.

The customer service workers at the desk were not helpful at all. I booked this hotel over a month ago and when I go to check in, they did not have my room available. They said that they had a king and we had another adult and could not stay in a queen. They were not willing to help us at all and were not sorry that we had to leave and go find another hotel to stay at.
