Dirty. Didn’t get the room I paid for, comforter was ripped, also had roaches

The hotel was very dirty The breakfast was minimal, I wouldn't even consider it a "continental breakfast"! No CLOSET in our 1st room, moved to second room...no coffee maker, no face towels, bad ceiling, broken fire alarm, and the carpet was hideous! The carpet full of stains and dirt...had not been vacuumed in a long time, if ever! Hallways stunk and so did the rooms! REMOVE THEM FROM YOUR SITE!

I can't think of one thing I liked about this hotel, other than the location in proximity to AT&T Stadium.

The feel of a run down hotel . Pool water was green and no one knew what or when it’s was going to be opened up. Bummer with 105 temp.

Had wallet stolen after spending $600+ here staying 5 nights, and added a day to my stay they wouldn’t allow it because I didn’t have physical credit card to cover $50 deposit. I was from out of state and had to find new hotel after staying here 5 nights. Thanks for being a heartless company!? They also never cleaned my even after 4th night to please service with fresh towels. They are priced cheap but its dirty every 5 ft carpet has stains elevators didn’t work. I have never been treated so bad with little options having my debit and credit cards stolen.

The hotel was very dirty and unkept. Had to change rooms three times.

The carpet was filthy in the hallway and the rooms, furniture was chipped, it was very disgusting

I liked the price was on the cheaper side and went "on sale" while I was looking for a hotel.

The pool had a sign and seemed locked up the moment we got there. My kiddos were not so happy about that. But was assured it was open. Once we got to the pool, it was super cloudy and smaller than pictured. Surrounding the pool was covered in rocks that hurt your feet without shoes. The side door to get easy entry into the building was not locked and safe to my liking. Also my toddler was able to open our room door without even trying to hard. Not very safe. Our room was not the best. I booked a king size bed with sofa. They gave us a small room with 2 full (very small full) beds. Breakfast was a joke pictured showed there would be a hot breakfast. Lots of options and it was nothing like pictured. No hot breakfast at all. To choose we had cheerios or fruit loops. (Not even name brand)Or small banana nut muffins and yogurt. The IHop in the same parking lot was even closed down.

Everything else. Mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, carpet was filthy, it smelled horrible, towels were stained. I wish I would’ve payed more at another hotel.

Their were roaches in my hotel room. I had to switch hotels at 12am. Tried getting help at 11pm from the Country Inn workers. They told me that their leaving and no one was no longer at the desk to serve me. When i first arrived the woman at the front desk assigned me to my room and said “I don’t know if it’s clean or if it’s dirty”. I stood around for a few minutes before someone actually came to help me. Everyone kept walking around talking.

The 1st room was dirty with 3 flies on the window, then they changed me to other but it has cacarachas on the desk! I found long hairs in the bathrooms, bed and all the room. The manager was so rude but the new hire front desk agent was so kind all time.

The bed didn't have a comforter.. the room had some roaches and an insect flew over my head while I was sleeping.. and I never got my deposits back from the incidentals.. they owe me $100..

I was given a room after checking in and then running errands come back to my room open. Went to front desk where the same woman who gave me the keys at check-in said someone had the room but I checked in the room hours before. How? I'm still waiting on my two deposits from 2 different nights. It should've come back immediately.

the pictures were not what the hotel looked like the carpets were bad and the beds were stained and too small. my two autistic kids were upset every time we were in the room
