the room did not have a working television or phone and some lights -

I had no wifi for the 2 days i was there they would not fix the problem so when i called booking for them to get the problem fixed they put me on a do not rent list thats crazy they should of just fixed the problem or moved me to a room where the wifi worked i use to go to that motel all the time and never gave them any trouble but i was yreated like crap everytime i went not olny are the office workers rude but as soon as u pull in to the motel all you see is drug addicts useing and selling drugs all in gront of the rooms worst exprience ive ever had at a motel

Everything was nice and clean customer service was awesome

The first room that I went to smell really bad but like I said customer service was awesome to help me out they saw the solution really quick

Painting Workers smell was nauseating and the showers need a shower liners so water stays in tub

The staff member on my second night was amicable and professional. She gave me the free wifi password and placed me in the room that I had booked at the price I had paid—no last night price increase. And there is a Denny's Restaurant within walking distance across the parking lot. Very convenient.

I stayed two nights. When I arrived, the associate told me only two rooms were available—the more expensive rooms than the one I booked. So I ended up paying more. I informed the associate I was staying another night and was told I still needed to check out in the morning, and I couldn't come back until after 4 pm the next day. I booked a non-smoking room, and the first thing I smelled walking in was cigarette smoke. I found butts under the bed. So the room wasn't cleaned fully before I arrived. The staff member also asked for my Car Registration and insurance info to park on the property. Weirdly, the second night with a different staff member, I was told they didn't need any information about my car to park on the property. I was told there wasn't free WiFi on my first night. The place is named Vagabond Inn, but I didn't expect to be treated like a Vagabond.

There were roaches, my room was ghetto, I had problems with my door couldn't use my key for Two days and nobody ever came to fix my door. They had me climb through the window (that was ghetto) and I didn't feel safe after that knowing that the windows easily open and are not locked. Then staff was alittle rude about my room being alittle messy and gave me 20min to clean it.??? What!! I had been there 4 days already just got done with Xmas presents and stuff. My room was alittle messy but I was vacationing and just got out the hospital. I cleaned it as I always do have never left it dirty. I thought that was very rude and unporfessional.
