Room carpets were filthy. The kitchen area was water damaged. TV was very small

I ❤️ the room having a kitchenette in the suite. And my son 😉 the breakfast.

Convenient location, low price.

Homeless camp outside parking lot did not bode well for security. Office appeared to have been kicked in also not boding well for security. Had to pay $10 "early check in" fee for room that was ready when I arrived. Room smelled of cigarette/marijuana due to large gap under door. Room could have used some updates but was as expected for price paid. Decided to eat cost and not stay due to general feeling of not being secure.

Check in went great the night attendant was quick to get me my room and very nice.

Room was dirty smelling and not very clean, I was only there to sleep as we got in late but it was not good sleep. The door did not close well , I think this place is for long term stay and not business people.

The toilet had bloody feminine products in it along with blood on the seat. The toilet was backed up. The office staff told us to come down. When we got there she said maintaince was on the way up and that the room we had been given was the last one for pets she had. She said they said the room was clean. When we returned to the room we noticed the room had one towel. We had an appointment so we had to leave. We stioped by the office to mention the towels they lobby door was locked ( about 345 or 4 pm) When we returned my husband called down for towels the office staff had my husband go get them instead of bringing them to us. The window didn't close all the way, and was damaged. There was only a thin sheet over on the bed no blanket. The toilet backed up again when we left in the morning.

Room was adequate. The cabinets were not cleaned out...there were what looked like spilled coffee grounds on the shelf of one of the cabinets. The A/C was on and the room was cool!! Thank you!! It was a scorching HOT California day!
