The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean
Some of the check in staff were rude. The rooms are really tiny. The bathroom isn’t really private because it has a sliding door and you can kind of see into the bathroom. There is no parking lot that adjoins to the property. There is no pool. I was there for my birthday weekend and a fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate the building for about 20 minutes. I wasn’t able to make it to my bday dinner because of this. When I asked the front desk staff if I would be compensated for the inconvenience, he bluntly told me no, with an attitude. I was also charged a larger amount than what I was quoted online.

The room floors were dirty and the bathroom tile looked very unclean. I called and said the room looked like it had not been cleaned & the only offer was more towels.

So close to the Gaylord for our convention. Easy to find. Clean and new feeling, very pretty!

I really like the room and how clean it is. I have a good view to the harbor. the hotel location is best and for breakfast it is where they have to improve, it is poor in variety
The staff are not flexible, they are like robot!...No one is interested by your stay comfortability. I had an issue with the key which open the room. their system was down, to get a support i had to go down more than two times.

Very limited hot water for showers. The property was in the process of trying to fix this during our stay and we’re extremely apologetic and also compensated us for the inconvenience.

The bathroom sliding door was not working. Front desk personnels were not friendly, did not have even a small diagram of the area attractions, restaurants.

Great location. Very clean guest room. King room was a good size. Easy wifi connection.
Customer service at check-in was rushed.
I didn’t understand all the information because it was rushed through by the receptionist who didn’t seem to care if I understood or not.
Also, coffee service in the mornings available in the breakfast area should be complementary for all guests and not $2.35 - don’t be so greedy!

Room needs upgrading. Shower old and needs to remove mildew and light fixture was broken and furniture shown on booking site was different than what was actually in the room

I did not like anything about this property. Management was unprofessional and unconcerned when I had to call the police on a guest for being violent and calling me a Black bitch. The staff was unattentive and did not listen to my requests before and after arriving.
The service I received at this AC Hotel was beyond poor. I will never return.
