I loved that the location was in the heart of everything needed. Everything is in walking distance. Hotel was super comfortable and clean. The view was amazing. Staff was amazing. Will definitely be coming back

Room was out fashioned and not well painted. No tooth brush and slipers provided and no Netflix and smart TV connectivity.

Not all the room has same items which make us worry will that became missing item charges. Example my friend’s room do not has the shower robe and my room do not have sleep oil.

I liked the location and the area very much. Plenty of things to do and good places to eat.

The valet personnel couldn’t drive my car because it was a stick with 700 horsepower. My car was smoking yesterday and I just bought the car last month.. I think one of your drivers was burning the clutch. I might have to take it to my mechanic. That was my only issue.

Restaurant didn’t appear crowded, but myself and others were constantly told staff is very busy. All of that tables weren’t even occupied. It took me about 20 minutes to place to go order because I had to wait for a server to do it instead of person at desk doing it.

The shower actually had a hand-held showerhead, which is something extremely rare for a hotel! Loved the shower. Even the more expensive hotel next door didn't have such a nice shower. For me, that showerhead made up for a lot! It's just that stationary showerheads are rather sexist... given the female anatomy, it's harder to clean ourselves with a stationary showerhead...

The front desk personnel could be a little friendlier. For example, when I walked into the lobby after a morning of sightseeing, the receptionist (who apparently didn't recognize me as a guest there) greeted me with, "Can I help you?" and it felt awkward, the way she said it felt like she meant, "Why are you coming in here?"

Not worth they money we spent.

Room was not serviced as I requested on day 2. Reported this to front desk when I got back to room and noticed it. Front desk said they would as least bring clean towels, which they didn't. Talked front desk staff about it when checking out. Said a manager would call me in a few hours, never happened!!!

Was told when i checked in that i needed to put a card on file for incidentals but that it wouldn’t be charged. The day i checked in they took 239.04 off my card. So the check on guy lied to me. That was inconvenient because i didn’t bring another card with me

The location was great! Walking distance to the pier and restaurants. The hotel is nice and clean, and the staff are courteous.

I was very disappointed to learn that the pool was closed permanently due to covid. I had called prior to verify there was a pool, and the gentleman that answered said there was one. Housekeeping going around at 9am knocking on doors when check out isn't till 11am was ridiculous! The front desk should be able to provide a list of any rooms that checked out early. Going around knocking waking folks up is not cool. There has to be a better way. I have never experienced such a thing. The surrounding restaurants were overpriced, and the unattended teenagers being obnoxious outside the hotel was a little irritating as well.

Beautiful room and view

I prepaid through Booking, but when I checked in Westin Charged me again saying I did not pay. After calls between Booking and Westin the Magee did refund the second charge. But 4 days later the hotel “system”charged me again because it was trying to “balance” itself. I am very disappointed as I have been a Marriot/Westin customer for 2 decades. Now I’m waiting for second refund

YOUR RESTRURANT WAS VERY GOOD. FOOD WAS EXCELLENT.

THERE WAS NO PARKING GARAGE ATTACHED TO HOTEL. BED WAS TOO HIGH ND TOO SOFT. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, DID NOT SLEEP FOR TWO NIGHTS. NO EXTRA PILLOWS. THERE WAS NO SWIMIMG POOL; HAD I KNOWN I WOULD NOT HAVE STAYED THERE.
