Staff is great, stay was nice, breakfast bar was well maintained and great food. Stayed for a number of days and each day the room was cleaned and restocked. Great employees.

Vending machines were not stocked and kept eating money without dispensing. There are only 2 in the building and neither works. This was the only complaint we had.

good location

the location is perfect. close enough to the ocean and downtown spots we can walk to and just far enough off some of the noisy streets to be more peaceful. landscaping is beautiful.

why why why do use such terrible pillows? they’re extra small and just stuffed with lumps of foam. when a person uses a hotel primarily as a place to sleep the comfort of the bed should be the first priority.

honestly, this was the loudest hotel I have ever stayed in. people randomly ringing your doorbell, loud machines, loud ac/bathroom fan units. construction and generators running at 9am. just all around mid. the wait for the elevator was 3 minutes and there are only 3 floors plus parking. parking is also an additional 23$ a night. overall just way too expensive for what’s provided. I paid more here than I paid at a 5 star hotel in Barcelona, Spain.

It was clean, had a good and varied breakfast, (including good coffee),friendly and efficient staff, excellent location, and we even had a room with a balcony!

No complaints! A suggestion, perhaps: guest room bathrooms should include a towel rack because there’s only one small hook on the door where towels can be hung.
