Une arrivée facilité par le "valet" qui s'occupe de notre voiture. Une chambre exceptionnelle de part sa taille et sa décoration.

La chambre se trouve au dessus d'un dinner.... Le sol vibre en permanence ( évacuations des cuisines ?) Et le boulevard est malheureusement très bruyant la nuit jusqu'à l'arrivée des camions poubelles vers 4h du mat

Bed was so comfortable omg. Really love the kitschy 1950s feel of the place!

Great value for money hotel. The location was amazing and the rooms were as per the pictures. The hotel offers valet parking for an extra cost per day

The bathroom was perhaps too basic. There wasn’t any pressure in the shower and the door didn’t close all the way

Great access to super restaurants (especially on Beverly St, 3rd St, Fairfax including Little Ethiopia) in near neighborhoods. Walkable neighborhood. Central for getting around, in and out of LA. Near LACMA and other museums. Hollywood and Koreatown not so far, Mostly very friendly and helpful staff.

Construction across Laurel at this time. One somewhat surly staff member.

I stay here at least one time per month. this is the second time I’ve found “ cleaning” issues the first was a dried crusty substance on the nightstand , this time were brown splashes on the bathroom ceiling ( easy for cleaning not to see) I mentioned both to the front desk

This exceeded our expectations, especially with the reviews being very average. Our room was clean, clean pool, comfortable beds. There are a lot of reviews about the AC not working, and yes it did take a while for it to cool down but it did work fine through the night. For the location & price, this is perfect. We had an issue with the smoke detector in our room beeping & we did have to remind the front desk about it a couple of times but they were very nice and did take care of it day of.

Forcing to use valet was not ideal. (other than street parking)

Location, rooms are nice. Bathrooms big. Coffee refrigerator & microwave in room. Worth the money. My 2nd time here. Staff is wonderful. Great coffee shop on the corner good food and stays open late.

Paying for 2 cars to park per night. Construction right outside my bedroom window but the hotel can't really help that.

The rooms were clean. Service was very quick and we were able to get into our rooms early. We were here for a birthday trip and everything was great!

easy check in process , quite room. it feels like a room in the dorm

the staff is rude. they will charge fee for parking even if its says it free, there is a mandatory fee for valet service. there are no bell staff to help you with the luggage and the hotel has narrow ways to reach the elevator and the ground is rough so it will be difficult to carry the bags if they are big or heavy.

Nice hotel in a central location near the Grove. The accommodations meets the standards you would except for a hotel at this cost. Friendly staff and happy to keep our bags on day of check out. There is a pool and lounge chairs to relax in the common area. There is also a valet service at the hotel. Would definitely stay again when back in LA and looking to be close to the Grove, Melrose Ave, West Hollywood and the Beverly Centre.

The facilities could do with a refresh. Linens definitely need a upgrade as they seem old.

Staff are friendly and helpful.

the staff forgot to tell us you needed to request for housekeeping the day before

the staff are amazing people. The right people in the right place. I really thank them.
