The truth is, the mattresses in the room were terrible, the comfort of the beds was very bad, and there was never any included breakfast service.Booking makes false advertising and promises about the Hilton. Hotel in terrible conditions with smells and cleanliness, beds with mattresses in poor condition, it is supposed to include breakfast for guests and they give a 35 dollar voucher that is only redeemed in their facilities and is not enough for anything. Bad experience

The beds were terrible, having to move from one block to another to be able to go to the pool, having to leave the hotel to another was terrible, they told me that breakfast was included and it was only 35 dollars to be able to have breakfast and the only thing we ate was two cappuccinos and two croissants for that value, the truth is that the hotel did not meet my expectations

Walking from elivators to rooms - carperts were realy old and looks dirty, untidy for a Hilton Managed Hotel ? Surrondings at night - not looks safer to walk or roam around - Hotel staff gave tips what to do what not to , which was helpful Concerge : Some staff attitue is not great , they are not willing to help

Lovely room. Feather pillows replaced when my husband had an allergic reaction. When we arrived early they had the room ready by 10am. Great service.

Homeless outside. So sad.

Nice hotel with large rooms. The staff at reception were very friendly and even made it possible to move to a higher floor with a better view at short notice.

The furnishings, especially in the bathroom, were a bit outdated, but absolutely fine. The only thing I always find a bit difficult in a hotel is a shower curtain, but that's probably also a matter of taste.

Location is great , beautiful views and great atmosphere.

The shampoo necessities was broken, the bed was a bit hard and most importantly they didn't honor the booking charges as the booking app. They charged me $160 dollars more then what I was expecting to pay.( that isn't the parking fee that's just taxes ) Be aware as well YOU HAVE TO PAY THE $75 + $10 ( EXTRA PARKING TAX FEE ) OUTRAGEOUS!
