I don’t like the place a lot homeless and addicted person in drugs..

the counter she gave me a handicap room I’m so upset when I saw the room is handicap before I book it say’s with bath tubs I don’t have choice just to get it’s paid already…

My son needed to use the restroom and the attendant in the front desk said that he could not use the restroom in their office it kind of made me upset because he's only 5 years old and all he had to do was number one the staff attendant which was a young male could have easily let my son do number one in the restroom but instead had him wait until we checked in until he could use the restroom in the room that we booked that was a little disappointing also they did not offer coffee all day only in the morning that would have been nice because it was extremely cold in March

not enough towels , only 2 medium towels for a couple , no way to dry your hair if female, only a thin blanket, ice machine was broken made us look for another upstairs . nite crew wasn’t to friendly no apologies about ice machine .,, also went on a stormy night the tile on the ground was slippery needs Mats

Great location, really awesome staff, large rooms, and they have smoking rooms as well! Surprisingly great shower too!

The beds were kinda spring-y…not the most comfy. But you can’t beat the price, the fact they have smoking rooms, and the ample sized rooms.

Location was scary. We didn’t leave our room after 430pm

I liked my room on the first floor because it had a tub, was quiet, clean, and spacious. The heater worked well and the bed was comfortable. I slept well and awoke rested. Parking was easy and good.

It's close to the bus stop and city hall. But the environment is quite dirty and unsafe. Many homeless people and drug dealers are gathering around the hotel. It makes us insecure and anxious. But the staff is helpful and nice. The room is simple and clean

I really enjoyed the easy check in, it was very smooth, everyone was very helpful. It was an easy location to get to and from places, we used Uber mostly, I’d stay here again it was a rough location but it was a great price and the hotel is pretty clean you can tell they actually care. Housekeeping is awesome too our room was tidy and clean.I liked that they cared enough to say something when they saw our car windows down. I really appreciated them looking out for us. I would absolutely come back.

Location was pretty gross. However, I felt safe. The people around the location don’t bug you or talk to you, there’s a liquor store across both streets. However one had expired stuff and there’s a dope dominoes too for late night munchies(use their app and go pick up)

It is hard to answer when I was not there long enough and left the same night I checked in. But the rest of my party stayed.
