Bathroom was dirty when we checked in and the staff were borderline rude on the front desk!

Great location next to Central Park, 5th avenue and Times Square. Nice staff Very very clean and confortable room

The menu of the restaurant was the same as the room service, it was a bit short in options to be the restaurant (nice the room service and easy to manage by mobile) A bit expensive (although we got a great offer through booking that made possible the stay)

Sehr modernes Hotel (für USA), an Top-Lage gelegen (südlich dem Central Park anliegend) und beste Sauberkeit.

Die Haltung gegenüber der Kunden hätte ich mir an so einem exclusiven Ort freundlicher erwartet. Man hatte das Gefühl, man stört das Personal an der Reception und an der Bar - schade. Hat schlechte vibes hinterlassen.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, we had a great view of Central Park. The staff was helpful and Rodney the bellman was spectacular. The doormen and staff were exceptional, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Old and poor maintenance. Paint peeling of the walls and shower drain blocked. Very slow response from management ( it took 48 hrs to solve the drain issue). Empty shampoo flacons etc. Only water on the first day, other days you have to purchase. Better to book individual nights instead of 3 nights in a row.

Personnel digne d’un fast food. Aucun confort. Chambre & salle de bain sale. Sur facturation au moment de payer. Hôtel qui fait honte à la profession.

シャワールームの仕切りのガラスに楕円の穴があり、そこからシャワーの水がはねてトイレにかかる。 部屋にお湯をわかすポットやお茶のサービスがあるといい。スリッパもおいてほしい。

the hotel changed completely and in our opinion for worse. no more drawer on the room, no drawers on the bedside table, no hangers in the bathroom, sink base very small. We used to stay in this hotel for the last 12 years, at least 3 times per year. after the renovation, I believe we will find other hotel

Location was great and the hotel was clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. On the first day we arrived we were told that we could expect rain on the second day and that the hotel provided guests with umbrellas- that was a really nice gesture!

A little on the expensive side and insufficient plugs in rooms (most hotels have this issue) Also no tea and coffee facilities in the room

Staff was courteous; location is lovely; concierge was helpful; hotel is quite pretty; nice outdoor space in the courtyard; proximity to tourist attractions and conference centers

Room cleaning was so-so and for 3 days in a row we did not have a bath mat (we had one the first day and then housekeeping took it away and never replaced it and we had to use a towel on the floor and yet, still seeing that, they did not think of leaving a bathmat); you need a proper business centre or cannot be a valid hotel for business travel; when early check-in is not possible, there needs to be a quiet place to be able to work (2 computers at a counter at concierge desk do not make a business centre) you need to be willing to allow late check-out 3-4pm when you can without charging a fee, otherwise business travel parties will steer to other hotels; housekeeping knocked on the door and a split second later opened it before we had a chance to respond (not great privacy wise);
