The room was outdated, dusty with scraped furniture, did not resemble the pictures listed on Booking.com upon check in hotel room was not ready in the front desk. Clerk indicated that they would call when the room is ready. I never received a call.

Location and a wide variety of adult daily specials between 4pm and 5pm

Shower handle came off and was difficult to shower. Staff was notified, however, i would have liked to see a credit to my card offer a night stay on Melia.

Always clean and very close to the parks . A lot of stores and food places near . Main water pipe line broke causing some rooms to have no air . Front desk rep walked to a room made sure it had air and gave us a two bedroom upgrade .. I have stayed at this hotel since my daughter was 3 she is going in 11 . Always get the best services and rooms hotel stay kept up with they actually add more newer things like a restaurant very cutie love the melia !!

This was a good value for the price paid and the experience had. We liked the architecture style of the buildings and the friendly staff. We appreciated the room upgrade when our first room smelled like smoke. The staff at the front was super nice.

We didn't appreciate having to ask for another room because the first one smelled heavily of smoke. We didn't like the bare walls of the 2 room suite we ended up with. 1 picture on 8 walls does not a homey feeling give. Also, the carpet at the elevators in building C on floor 2 was completely gone and there was just hard cement. Looked like it was cut out for some reason. Gross stains on the carpet leading up to our room. I think it was wood stain that got spilled everywhere but it looked terrible.

Everything was more than expected. Lots of activities in the pool area, The outside bar was cozy and enjoyable.

Cant say that i didnt like something, In my opinion, great place to spend time.

Wow. was this place even real. This is top notch resort style hotel at 3 star pricing. I got the 2 bedroom suite with kitchen and it was marvelous. Clean. Smelled nice. Great bed. Outstanding shower and bath. Spacious master bathroom. I will be using this place more often for my Orlando getaways. The resort style pool and various games layed out throughout the pool area were nice.

Loved daily events, dj, and all the poolside games. We definitely would visit again. A fun & lively place. Oh super comfy bed!!

The pool area is great and fun. The room was clean and spacious. The location was central to all major attractions. Everyone encountered was friendly and efficient.

Furnishing could use some updating but not deal breaker.

my boyfriend and I went out to dinner Saturday and upon getting back to our room at around 10PM out key band wasn’t working. my boyfriend goes down yo the front desk and gets another one again this one doesn’t work either so he does this TWO MORE TIMES. mind you I’m pregnant it’s late and I’m extremely tired and just want to lay down. so the last time I go down with him and it took a few minutes before front desk attendant/manager Anthony comes with him and walks us back to our room stating he had called maintenance well it had already been 20-30 mins and no maintenance so we all walk back to the room and again maintenance is not there so we wait another 10-15 mins before they come and they inform us the door room lock was dead. Anthony is apologizing the whole time and even stated he was going to refund us for the inconveniences. wel this was 3/4 it is now 3/15 and he won’t respond to any emails hasn’t given us a call but informed his front desk attendant that he only authorized a refund of the facility fee which is $36. I advised them that that is NOT what he told us and now he’s not responding which is even more frustrating because you can send messages through the front desk staff but can’t email/call back your guest that further goes to show me that he lied and instead of owing up to it he decides to ignore me. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THE PROPERTY AGAIN AND I’m trying to get in touch with ANTHONYS BOSS to escalate this further this is unacceptable to be ignored and lied to.

We loved the location. The room was big and clean. The welcome bar was thoughtful.

Some of the staff was disrespectful.
