The furniture was very out dated ,under one of the beds their were dirty towels if this unit had been clean it was clean by someone who knows nothing about cleaning. roaches were everywhere you couldn’t leave anything out. Their was no were to keep food. they were in the refrigerator too. The pool was very dirty, the air conditioner doesn’t work very well either. I could tell the unit had no been prepared for guess, ants, roaches, and cobwebs in the bathroom this was unprofessional and made this trip a living nightmare. We never received the right code to get in and out we were locked out one night until four O clock, finally a neighbor give us his code.

We booked a house for a month in Davenport, an address was given in the booking app about a week before we were to start out 30 day stay we were informed that the house was in Kissimmee. (most of our family lives in Davenport/Claremont area causing 1 1/2 to 2 hours a day of extra travel, )when we told them we weren’t happy with the location we told pretty much to bad, this house is owned by a company rather than an individual so the personable aspect goes out the window. It took 4 days into our stay to have the heat turned on for the pool, the beds and couches are out dated and extremely uncomfortable,I would 100% say renter beware when dealing with platinum vacation homes,

Water heater broken microwave not working Hall way soaked sink clogged up and needed a 6bedroom House did not get it

Didn't get the house that was on the booking. They gave me the wrong code to the house. It took two hours to get into my house. For the price they could have had extra tissue, garbage bags and other supplies. Pool was dirty

The location in reference to the Disney parks short drive

There are only two televisions in a 5 bedroom home both on same level none upstairs. The game room has broken outdated pool sticks so we could not use them linen enough for maybe 3 people. Dust from five years ago on ceiling fans. Outdated decorations stained mattresses and covers

I was issue another property and the restroom was not clean enough and pool area pool was not clean I was unsatisfied with this property
