The smart tv system. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing.
The elevator was slow and struggled. And the other elevator was being repaired. I'm 6 feet tall and the same height as the shower head. Also the water pressure could be a bit stronger to where when I turned the shower head up more, the water curved to where I had to be directly under it.

Room was mildew, had to switch room as no TV. Waited to helped at front desk for 20 minutes. Phone at front desk rang and rang, had to walk down and get assistance

Having the police in the lobby when we arrived was fun!

Hotel staff is polite and professional, check in is quick. Hotel and rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Breakfast selection is good.
I needed to leave early and asked for a refund for my last day and I don't know if it will be refunded because it was prepaid and not booked through the hotel. Still waiting to hear from someone at the hotel.

Advertised as pet friendly. NOT! Almost doubled the cost of our 12 hour stay! Our small 15 lb. Miniature Schnauzer doesn't shed and makes no mess.
