Pillows were very uncomfortable. Bathtub could have been cleaned better…

Great breakfast. I stayed there 2 months ago and many of the things I complained about were remedied. Ie: parking area lights were fixed, and I wasn’t hassled about parking while I put my luggage in room.

Musty moldy smell in room. I had housekeepers/ maintenance clean filter and grates which helped somewhat , but still created odor. Same problem last visit. Air ducts need cleaning. I’m very allergic to mold

Café da manhã bem variado,funcionários excelentes, praia próximo, piscina boa. Eu falo pouco inglês, mas os funcionários me entenderam e usamos o Google tradutor sem problemas.

Única coisa que gostaria de reclamar, é que o Booking já havia me cobrado, cheguei lá e o rapaz disse que iria passar meu cartão só para confirmação, daí cobrou de novo, já fui embora do hotel 2 dias e estou esperando meu reembolso . Peguei o quarto para 3 pessoas pois minha filha ficaria lá 1 dia conosco, quando entrei no quarto tinha uma cama King, o bom foi que cabia ela com a gente, e não me atentei quando reservei que estava escrito Cama King, deu tudo certo,mas só para que prestem atenção na hora da reserva

The two biggest pluses.....your staff was sincerely friendly and helpful, and Breakfast was more than expected. The entire experience was excellent.

There was a waterbug in the room but i took care of it. That would not be a reason to not go back there. Everything else was excellent.
