Friendly staff and clean rooms

It was away from the campus so not congested

No carpet by the bed; when it moved could tell had not been cleaned underneath and pool was not open for younger children

Roaches .dirty and torn hand towels ..first floor window was not locked... said smoke free hotel but cigarettes where everywhere in the entrance way this hotel not a good look so the pictures online needs to be remove because nothing like the pics..I will never recommend..TRASH..

The location. It was close to shops and restaurants.

The cleanliness was a bit subpar. My husband’s allergies flared up in the 24 hour stay. The vents were thick with dust and I feel the mold and mildew in the bathroom may have been painted over. Additionally, the breakfast was not very tasteful. The eggs were mushy and the sausage didn’t taste much like sausage.

The breakfast was decent!

The hotel prices were high for not having the pool operational. This is the 2nd year that we stayed there and still no improvement. Also, the room was so full of moist dry air. The floor, our clothing, bed sheets, etc all felt moist/damped. Due to my need for a disability room, there wasn't an option for me to change. Also, my wife couldn't attend due to some site stating pets allowed and others stating no pets. I called several time prior to my stay and no one mentions that the pool yet again wasn't working. We have stayed here multiple years and it's doesn't seem like this facility is improving. I would have clearly chosen another location under these circumstances.

Customer service was nice

Breakfast selection. The room I stay in the bathroom didn't have ventilation and it made the bathroom smell old and molded
