Close to convention center. Main lobby nice.
Thin walls, overpriced, neighboring rooms too loud and could feel them kicking the wall and moving our headboard, shower was not draining properly.

The TV did not work and I really didnt like the fact that a tech would need to be in my room tinkering with it..

Perfect location
My room could not make up its mind if it wanted to be warm or cold
When adjusted the thermostat to be higher the heat came on
When adjusted lower it became a refrigerator
And I could not get any TV channels

Everything was perfect. We had the stressful task of dropping out son at college and the comfort and amenities of the hotel made our time there work with meals and snacks due to schedule we had to keep

The entire group was pleased with the choices of the breakfast. The location was superb.
We had orchestrated a lot with the group services to ensure a smooth check-in process. However we arrived to a hectic and terrible checkin process. People were assigned the same room, rooms not clean, bed bugs in one room and the staff was rude for their own mistakes. Not to mention the day before checking everyone in our party room key was deactivated and we had to go down and recheck in /activate our keys….

Better than the average Hilton I've visited in a lot of bigger metros. The restaurant and breakfast were actually very good quality. The bartenders were engaging and the drinks were good.

it was clean. the football team was staying but that caused higher rates. so they get to go to school for free, stay for “free” and I pay over $40,000 a year for my kid to go there but can’t visit b/c rooms are $679 for a weekend. ?! No thanks!
see above .Also, the bar was full over priced food. it had zero entertainment or fun value. they closed at 10 on Friday b/c the bar tender was tired . what happened to the days the hotel bars were the place to be. Greenville sucks
