Close to Airport

It was near the airport

Don’t be fooled by it being part of the Beat Western family. It isn’t. This was previously run by another hotel chain and it was run down then and nothing has changed aside from signage. It is overpriced, dated, extremely pungent from the smell of mold. The staff were not helpful and would avoid like the plague.

It's a little sketchy but no problems

I arrived at the airport very late (about 11pm). Phoned for the hotel shuttle and it arrived very quickly. Found out the next day just how close the hotel is from the airport (approx 5 minute walk to the terminal!). Staff were very pleasant. Room was clean and comfortable.

Excellent location from the airport, the shuttle driver was great! And being able to leave our car for a week in the parking is great (cheaper than airport parking!!)

Mala, the receptionist was OUTSTANDING. True Pacific Islander care and hospitality. she is a keeper. She totally helped us, even with our pizza order at midnight. Thank you ~ Mr. Crook

dirty hotel

Be aware that there are several Sure Stay hotels at SEattle Airport. Make sure you get on the right shuttle. I could not get a person on the curbside phone to let them know I needed a shuttle. It was just a recording.

The expectations was: I need a calm hotel with a convenient room. All tick-marked. The hotel owned shuttle bus system to the airport is a clear benefit.

I could not set the aircon temp on my own. There was no remote control and the appliance was close under the ceiling - not within reach. The view was disastrous, I looked at the wall of a light well, which does not support your safety feeling.
