Clean, close to the airport, free shuttle, friendly, newly renovated

The airport shuttle was convenient. It takes 5-10 minutes. The breakfast buffet was simple but tasty. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The Reception team said they did not receive our reservation and they were overbooked. Luckily we had print outs of our booking so they found us a room, however it was not what we had booked and was smaller. Instead of 2 double beds, we had one double and a fold-out sofa, which was not very comfortable.

My room was literally 1500 feet from the International runway. All we heard all night was Air buses lighting their engines for take off. Worst location of my entire life!!!

Sus camas me parecen muy cómodas, la habitación que me tocó era muy amplia, el personal fue amable, el restaurante que está ahí tiene comida rica. Te ofrecer el servicio de aeropuerto 24 horas lo cual me fue muy útil.

重新装修过后的酒店很有现代感，总体还是不错的，必须表扬礼宾部Mr.Raul我问他有没有一次性手套，他为了帮我找手套问了好几个同事后，去酒店负一层的保洁部带回来了一大盒手套和口罩，真的超级帮忙，本人也很有亲和力，给他点赞👍。还有前台的Mr.Josh好几次办理新卡都是他帮忙，他很有耐心，必须给他点一个大大赞！👍

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Basically right next to the LAX airport.

The location outside of the hotel looks a little sketchy. But overall not bad.

The lady that answered me about my inquiries about check out and parking payment at around 10:00 PM was very rude. I was menaced of being charged if I was not punctual at my check out. Very poor customer service and communication. A derogatory treatment and a rude tone of this lady. I wont be considering returning and will let my company know that this is not the hotel to book for future travel.

The best beds ever, so comfy, like sleeping on clouds. All hotels should have the same bed, linen truly bliss.

Whilst most of the staff were lovely the person at check in did not make us feel welcome. There was a very very long wait at the airport for the courtesy bus to take us to the hotel
