Breakfast was delicious could’ve swapped the sausage for bacon but other than that everything about the hotel was beautiful

bfast in the past had been good

the management of the third party transaction that meant that I as a paying customer was not to be right nor to be staying at the hotel, told in the lobby that they had helped many others and while I had stayed there many times - that they did not feel that helping nor assisting further their place in their corporations transaction, whom they act as agents and representatives of and for, was on that day to act on my behalf as the customer. They had to immediately have their corporation issue to me an apology on the corporate letterhead - yet the 48 hours for a refund has taken 4 days and still awaiting the refund I was told to expect.
