Room was nice and modern. Bed was comfortable.

The cleanliness of the room was ok big gross stain on the couch. Also, I thought when I booked I got a balcony room however my room had a view of the ventilation system. Lastly, when you pay these prices one would like breakfast included.

The King suite was spacious, clean and well designed.

The eating options in the hotel were limited, but there was a good variety of eating options close by.

Location and friendliness of staff

We found stains on the bedding and blankets that looked like blood stains. When we told the staff, all they said was they’d get the cleaning staff to check it out to figure out what it was. No apologies, no compensation, no further actions taken.

Overall the facilities are nice and clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The carpet in the room had a slight odor, but the room itself was very clean, and the bed was so comfortable.

Didn’t stay for breakfast

in the flight path .. Can hear the airplanes flying overhead every few minutes. Also, when I arrived I was led to believe by front desk that I was to get a free breakfast, only to be told later, and embarrassingly, that it was not included in my stay. when I respectfully asked for a manager to clarify, I was told that they were not available, nothing can be done and that the breakfast was not part of my package .. which I understand, but to be given it then taken away is not appealing at all. Person to person interaction .. I.e. customer service can use some work.

Room was spacious

Basic items like slippers, gown vanity kit are not available. For the facilities they provide, prices are extremely high and not justified. Staff was super rude during the check in. As they wouldn’t let me pay the security deposit with a debit card. I was threatened that they would cancel my booking if I don’t use a credit card. They told me "if Justin Trudeau came in and wanted to pay with a debit card they wouldn’t accept it".

I requested early check inn through booking chat and they advised rooms will be available between 11am - 12 pm, i went there at 11:30 am and both rooms were not ready! They called me at 3pm saying one room is and the other room will need about 45 minutes! They called me at 4:15 said both rooms were ready! It was annoying my parents were with me and they were exhausted. first time this happen to me with Marriott!
