WLAN hat gut funktioniert
Alles. Dunkler Raum, alte Möbel, beschädigter Boden, durchgesessenes Sofa, eine Küche - leer- ohne Utensilien (auf Rückfrage kam nur: die Gäste bringen ihr eigene Töpfe und Geschirr mit). Pool war auch eine Katastrophe

The nicest thing I can say is that the beds were clean.
The list is so long: the rooms I reserved were very shabby and dusty. The calking in both shower stalls was peeling off in many places. The walls were dusty. The door in my room had about an inch gap at the bottom (I used a towel to cover it up), and there were many bugs around the windows and the door. No bed bugs, thank goodness, but a few of the other bugs jumped on me at night.

Bugs in the room didn’t have the air running before we got there. So the room was so hot so it hardly cooled down. And the office room was like over a 100 degrees when I entered to leave the property. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know.

Honestly we booked the room around 945 or 10pm we didn't even stay In the room for five minutes. The room didn't smell so good. It was extremely hot and the AC barely worked.
One of the kids saw something crawling along the wall going under the bed and it was a sewer roach..I proceeded to move the beds and there were about 3 or 4 dead roaches under each bed. The bedding was all stained up and I noticed all this in that short of time. I asked for a refund around 1030pm and they said I need to you GET ahold of booking.You can't just say no refunds that not right..I know they give refunds because the people next too our room were going through the same thing and refunded their money.. I had to book a separate room at motel 6 through the app. I feel we deserve a refund because the place was really bad and you can't just say no refunds and that's it. Incase out double the money . My family and I have just gotten home from our family vay k and that's the way it ended . I just took the one picture should have take. Alot more .. please refund my money

Nothing. They told me I had no reservations, took my money and then proceeded to quote us a price double of what we had already paid with our reservation. Completely disappointed with the hotel. And booking.com as I never received a refund after multiple times of sending our records. PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THIS HOTEL AND BOOKING.COM.

The room had multiple dead bugs. The whole place smelled of raw sewage. The coolers in the rooms were in need of service.

could not check out at 7 am and the instructions for leaving my room key were not correct., so I left it at the locked front way 7 am. They said they had coffee and snacks for the but everything was cleaned up and the door was locked at 7 am. I would never stay here again because of the misinformation I was given the night I checked in…. very sorry we paid so much to stay here!!!

Dirty, I felt like I was going to catch a MERS infection. Obvious grime on the door handle and the entire room had an odor of stale toilet water. The beds looked like someone had used them for trampolines. I travel with a can of Lysol these days so sprayed down entire room and left for dinner so I could sleep without fear of inhaling any viruses that may or may not be in the visible dirt on the floor and walls. I would have checked into a different hotel entirely but was too tired. The deadbolt on the door was sketchy, I had to use my entire body to shove the door closed "enough" to be able to turn it to be effective. The wall by the deadbolt around the doorframe was crumbled so, even though I got it shut I doubt it would hold up to any amount of force. Ground floor room. I felt like taking a shower in this hotel room would have actually made me dirtier.

Well i didn't like the dirty towels in my room and one of my beds wasn't made. The worst part was the Pepsi machine took my 2 dollars and when I told the guy at the front desk he said that it doesn't work and I said to him if you know the Pepsi machine doesn't work then why don't you put an out of order sign on it so it doesn't happen again to anyone else and he just laughed at me. What a joke and a thief.

Had to ask to change my room since the first room was not cleaned properly and had dog hair from somebody having their dog sleep on the bed so maids never did that bad.
Sheets were dirty upon arrival and had dog hair all over them from having a dog sleep on them and not washing the sheets.

Reserved a Poorly maintained dirty didn't get the room I reserved a single queen size bed and got a twin full size beds window stuck open 1 of the beds snapped crackled and pop if it wasn't for the fact that I had my 5 year old son with me I would have felt better sleeping in my car

The heater made a very loud noise, making it hard to fall asleep.Had to get up when l got cold to turn it on then get up again to turn it off once the room got warm, made my stay very uncomfortable.
