Dirty and dusty in the rooms.. Air conditioning was filthy roof has stains

Before I arrived I called three times to ask about early check-in, if they required a deposit and if they offered breakfast. The first girl said if I paid in cash it would be a $250 deposit and no deposit if I used my credit/ debit card. The second time I called I was told “it depends on who’s working the front desk” and the third time she said it would be a $100 deposit cash or card. That was the first red flag but other nearby hotels and motels were sold out. There breakfast was ghetto lol. They had a gallon of milk with cereal containers, a loaf of bread and a toaster and some coffee, not at all what I was expecting. Once we got not the room it seemed okay… however I was wrong. The bathroom had ants, the toilet seat was disgusting, stained towels, tv didn’t work at all and worst of all BED BUGS! Before we realized they had bed bugs I had went to the front desk and told the manager about the tv and she said maintenance would be there in two hours and she would have him bring us a tv from storage but no one ever came. Once we realized we were getting bit up by bed bugs we packed our bags to go to another hotel and I asked if I can be refunded for an early check out and was told they couldn’t refund me for an early check out but they would refund me for the that Saturday since I had reserved the room for two days. Not only have I get to be refunded, I was charged twice.. It was a horrible experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The Room was hot and bathroom old, shower did not function properly.

Location is good, close to freeway and restaurants. Easy to get to. Place was clean.

The motel is dated, needs an update like paint and better outside upkeep. The A/C was noisy. The bed was comfortable but made noise every time you turned over.

the pool

the spa was not working , we were told the grill was working and bought food to grill. the propane tank was empty so we had to wait for another hour to get a different one. our dinner was very late.

Nice and quiet hotel with helpful personnel . There’s also a pool that you can use and small continental breakfast included . Of course parking is free .

Room was bit smelly but no dramas . also it could be cheaper

Only three lights worked. Metal bar jutted out of the mattress area; trip hazard. Couldn’t get the clock to read the correct time.

The room was large, clean, comfortable, and quiet.

Let me check in early, smooth process getting checked in.

There were roaches in my room made my stay very uncomfortable too sleep. My card was charged without me checking in.

The queen beds were very uncomfortable. They seemed very old and worn out.

Well, one of the two queen beds was made upon arrival. The other one was stripped of sheets. Literally- the sheets were stripped off and laying there in a pile.

Place was a mess. There were bedsheets strewn about, pillows all over the floor. There was even not flushed pee in the toilet. I have photos.

the batteries for the TV remote had to be changed, we made 2 trips to the front desk
