Property is in need of an upgrade

I like the location.

The bathroom was nasty, toilet seat broken and toilet didn’t flush properly.

was not aware of the pool not working and many things were broken

The night staff was very nice

The morning staff member was kind of rude and unwilling to help try and resolve an issue

Didn't have Breakfast

Make sure the heat works next time

My husband and I live locally and chose this hotel as it was near a wedding venue that we were going to be going to. I had made the reservation three weeks ago and also called the morning of to ensure that we could get an early check in. AT NO TIME was I ever told about some "rule" where they won't rent to anyone who lives within a 25 mile radius. I explained we were here for a wedding and had only a couple of hours to get ready as my husband was officiating. The answer was still no. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of. I could understand if we showed up with 5 others and cases of beer in our arms but we are a middle aged couple simply wanting the room we booked. I will never stay there again and nor will I use booking.com.

Very friendly staff and close to airport

The staff was great. Location and airport shuttle.

Hotel rooms look like crack dens. Terrible shape. Breakfast limits you to two scoops of heads and 4 links of sausage. Heating non existant. Blowing cold air with temp pre set that gave me a sinus infection. Lamps rusty, insufficient lighthing.

The noise above us with children jumping on beds

The tv remote wasn’t working, the pillows were the size of couch pillows, and the air conditioner was spotty.

Andrew was very helpful when I called for shuttle. shuttle arrive superfast for me - my partner was less lucky and had to wait over 30 minutes when he arrived.

breakfast only till 9 am. Sheesh.... its an airport hotel, travellers arrive late and might sleep in a bit?? No coffee maker in the room, we get to lobby at 9 am. nothing. not even coffee. shower only got to luke warm temperature and had barely any pressure. floor in room felt dirty when walking barefoot.

this is a disgusting, unsafe roach motel!
