Everything was beyond amazing

It's a great hotel. The beds are amazingly soft and plush. The rooms and facilities are clean. They were accommodating with my service animal. It 100% would stay again!

There was a used washcloth in the tub in our room. We removed it and placed it on the side, as it wasn't a big deal. We came back after our first day out to find that the staff had tidied up the room. They took all our wet towels, but left the washcloth again just sitting there. We just moved it to the side again and made it into a joke from the trip.

The pool is nice but not that clean

The staff is rude the had bugs in the room the tub did not work and they pick and choose what guest they want to help and service I waited over 4 hours for small request and when I brought breakfast they gave me hard burnt sausages I will never return again

It was updated beautifully, the room was quiet, a welcome message on the TV was a nice touch! It was close to the convention center as well! The price of the room WAs outstanding! Well done!

There's a mismatch between the name and The actual hotel. I travel all the time but that hotel is really not a 4 start hotel. Just a big name. 3 stars yes but not more. Sugestion throw a breakfast.

Didn't get the breakfast. Location was very convenient.

There was a lot of construction in the facility, and I thought markings could have been better. I found the exercise room by accident, and then there were arrows to two wings of the hotel, neither with the name of the one I was in.

Worst experience ever at one of the hotels in my life since 2011, traveling almost every week. Had a bad experience on checkout, bill mistakes, confused staff, and confused wrong charges. And still, until now, they didn't sort my receipt

One of the people who worked the front desk messed up when charging our rooms after repeatedly explaining it to him. I was charged for two rooms instead of one and my friend wasn’t charged at all. This error ended up being a hassle to get straightened out The other staff including the front desk manager worked diligently to fix it. He gave us free breakfast, which was nice, but the breakfast buffet is horrible! We were so glad we didn’t have to pay the $17 cost pp. Food was cold, and not fresh. and it was your typical breakfast that other hotels include in your stay for free-you know that kind of breakfast.

The higher managing staff. There was an issue that I experienced and it was terrible. If there are system issue then they need to address them before hand and not wait till something happens.

Place was dirty…security doors didn’t lock to enter building…toilet barely flushed…no hot water…rude guest member at check-in…

My sister son stayed, and it was his anniversary, they gave them complementary drink in the room and upgraded them to a suite. Really appreciate it made their weekend.

Relatively quite and clean. Better lighting fixtures and nice television set. Pretty comfortable beds and clean sheets. Bathroom amenities were accommodating. Coin laundry is convenient as is indoor & outdoor pools in addition to gym.

The first room located in the Milwaukee building had a drainage problem that went unresolved (old plumbing configuration). We managed to get another room by the friendly, understanding staff which elevated our opinion of the stay—helping us reconsider staying here once again. Moreover there was a lack of cabinets for clothing storage. Microwaves aren’t in room and the a/c units are a tad noisy. Also the card reader’s batteries could use replacement as well as the hallway flooring in some areas.

I liked that there were a lot of things close by but lots of construction.
