Good location, good breakfast, unfortunately there is no longer a hot tub.

Clean and comfortable
There are signs for a whirlpool/hot tub but they don’t actually have one which was disappointing. Also no breakfast included and very few options for purchase for breakfast either.

No breakfast. Brd and pillow were exceptional. For the price a very good value
Too much smell of smoke at the outside exits. Move the cigarette ash receptical at least 30 feet away

Nice area, had a lot of food options to choose from that we didn’t have to go far from the hotel for. Beds were comfortable and room was a nice size. AC worked great in room with cooling it down at night. Tv worked. All plugs worked. Patio view was okay in upgraded room.
Room smelled of some odor even after moving rooms and getting upgraded. Front desk people had key issues. Bathroom had the same Odor smell as room. Bathroom tub drained SLOW so did the toilet when flushed.

The location was good for us.
We arrived to a room where the tub was filled with water and a towel was floating in the water. We changed rooms and he second room had spiders in the bathroom. The room temperature never adjusted properly, it was either always hot or freezing cold.

The lobby was lovely, the room was clean, and the location was great - lots of shops and restaurants nearby and quick access to the highway

no hot breakfast, snacks and drinks were crazy expensive, pool room was cold and water not very warm and a lot of lint and hair floating in the pool it was gross

The location of the hotel was fine. Lots of dining options available, as well as shopping options, if you are interested.
The fact that the business is in transition would have been nice to know. (Apparently Sonesta has taken over a former Marriot Courtyard property.) The employees that were on site were very nice, but did not inform us up front that they were extremely short staffed. We realize that most hotels no longer change sheets daily, but we were surprised when we returned to our room and found the used wet towels still there, the trash cans not emptied, nor the coffee replenished. We did receive towels and coffee when we went to the desk to ask for them, but it would have been nice to know when we checked in.

we always stayed at this location when we come to town since the Courtyard by Marriott started. This trip was awe full! the bathroom shower had black mold and the ceiling was chipped and had mold. We checked in on a Friday and was informed on Saturday morning that there was no housekeepers on duty. then we thought there was a continental breakfast, but there was none. had to pay fir everything even coffee.
