checkin was fast

the room was not clean. The bed had dirty and stained sheets and blankets. There was female hair in the sheets as well as on the bathroom floor. The staff member ignore me and told me that the room was clean without even checking it.

It's a hidden gem if all your doing is getting a good night's sleep here..

I didn't like nothing. The guy in the night Javier was rude. I had to pay a deposit and I didn't know and I told him I didn't know even if I did it on booking and he said yeah. If you read it you'll see it... that was rude...I had 2 rooms here. Then I asked about parking and he said whatever you find.. like what! Never again...

Nothing...Javier the night guy was rude, the parking sucks, the bed made noise, and people were yelling all night..ghetto hotel... my room didn't have a lock. And when I ask about parking Javier said look for it in the back... he was rude. I guess I had to pay a deposit..which I didn't know cause I paid on booking... he was rude... never again... this is ghetto...I swear

Nice concept, with the hotel above the parking, and parking is included. Good location, fairly close to the airport. Facilities are recent, but construction on the cheap side and lacking soundproofing.

We heard lots of bangs in the evening and the night, very close, one was even within the parking. Gunshots? Fireworks? Wouldn't know, coming from Canada, we are not familiar with these kinds of noises! We also had a non-smoking room reeking with cigarette smell, The staff offered to spray the room, but we didn't want that while we were inside, and it was late and we only wanted to go to bed. This problem should have been addressed when the room was made, earlier in the day, since the smell could not be missed! Staff was unable to offer any kind of compensation.

Ron’s smelled like smoke. Used towels. No hot water.

Straight to the point the Deluxe In was 8/10. the price was great and somewhat close to everything. The environment was up to date and well kept. You’d think asking for a fresh and modern room environment would be to much to ask for compared to other hotels.

Towels were thin *comment from wife* as if shes going to sleep with the towel. Floors will blacken the bottom of your feet if you don’t wear anything on them. Maybe regularly mopping will help.

our room has some slight problems with it but we’ve stayed here before in different rooms and they’ve been fine.
