The room was spacious and clean.

We booked this hotel because we wanted shuttle service to the airport, it is advertised by third parties however on arrival we were told that the shuttle service was cancelled in 2019 and we'd be told that had we booked directly with the hotel. This meant we had to keep our rented vehicle an extra day, pay an extra day for it and try and find our way to the airport which was not an easy task. The area is not a good area at all and we were warned not to leave anything in our vehicle - it appears that the hotel across from this facility houses short term rentals rather than operates as a hotel. The hotel receptionist was far from being friendly, she was not welcoming at all probably because everyone that booked through a third party found out there was no shuttle service as advertised. I'm not sure who the onus is on but Booking.com needs to update their information.

I left something there that I loved. They said they would put it aside and threw it away. I’m pissed.

The rooms are large and have comfortable beds. The location is very good to be close to the airport. It has parking a few meters from the hotel and has charging for electric cars. The breakfast is correct.

The location close to the airport makes it an easy stopover on the way. Great that it had free parking and spacious rooms.

It's quite an old and tired place. Ok to stay for a night but wouldn't stay here for a longer stay. Breakfast was pretty basic.

It was on construction/remodeling, and they don’t let you know when you are booking it. It’s unfair that they don’t let you know about these details, and they still charge as if it’s worth staying on their property.

It is a stones throw away from LAX and both the SoFi stadium and the Kia Forum, very easy access to any of these locations. The hotel itself was clean, and kept up (few stains on the carpet). And the staff was very friendly. The breakfast they served did have hot options (eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes) were mediocre in taste but the options were still nice to have and they kept it stocked up during the entire breakfast hours. The parking garage across the street is locked for safety and theft and parking is free.

The area is definitely not the greatest (about a month before our visit there was a fatal shooting on the street next to the hotel between the hotel and the parking garage). There aren’t any distinguishing marks on the front of the building from the front to let you know it’s the right hotel except very small writing on the front door, and we accidentally went into the hotel directly across from it at first.

I loved that they let me check in early and gave me an extra hour to check out! was really appreciated. the staff was so nice too!

For breakfast I loved turkey sausage n yogurt !, I Also enjoyed the pancake maker.

Everything else was good , the food was hot and ready. Nothing was old or not fresh,

Probably the best part of the stay. Good choice including hot food.

Tv didn’t work. Minimal staff. Room seemed dark and dismal. (To be fair, we did arrive at night!)
