Quite.. everyone was respectful. No police enrolment in disturbances. Maid kept everything clean and was handed for supplea. Breakfast was nice as well as quiet. I like staying here and the price is a great deal
There wasn't anything to not like. Just think they should have more channel selections, but the HBO was great

It was in a good location for my event. I attended the Taylor Swift concert and it was really just a place to sleep. Unfortunate that it was a bit stinky and dirty.
Hair left in the shower, mess and unusual stains on the wall. Bar soap is never a good option for washing hands or bodies. Toilet paper had pink on it ? Not sure what that was. Car got totally covered in bird feces based on the location of our parking.

Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was top notch. The bed was very comfortable. I will stay here again if I am in the area.

I was left stood outside for 20 with the office check in locked past 3:30pm. Bad customer service.
The lady banging on my door around 10:40AM asking to check out. Water at low pressure, especially at the sink.

Breakfast was not very good. frozen waffles warmed up in a toaster was poor. Coffee was good. Second day there wasn't even eggs or sausage.....

The breakfast. I wouldn't know about the pool and spa it was closed down from health department.
The pool and spa are being closed by health department. The ice machine, being disable person, had to take stairs to get ice cause it didn't have anything on lower floor.

The room was not non-smoking like I requested. We sustained bug bites.

The bed was comfortable.
The room heater was having trouble keeping it warm. There was a water leak in the device under the sink. It had the floor all wet. I almost slipped in it going to the bathroom. It looks like it has happened before but was not fixed as you could see where the flooring was replaced.

I like the location, close the exit to I- 101, big rooms with microwave and fridge! The pool was clean and nice fenced, the breakfast room at attached bldg (Cabana) very clean, simple and pleasant, good basic breads , cereals, coffee, tea, joices. Good value, safe, quite neighborhood, spacious parking.
Ps.on the corner of their parking is big good diner "Turkish BBQ"
There is a worning on their website "No checking in after 10 pm", but their office on Friday was working after 10 pm

They trying to charge me almost a 1000 dollars for a 270 stay they charged my card 4 times and act like they don’t know what I am saying NEVER stay here and don’t use booking. com they too are a scam
