It wasn't clean and also they have roaches the sheets it wasn't clean

The bed was old they need to renovate for the price that I paid it wasn't worth it

The staff were very nice and the room had everything I needed

The location was a little harder to get in at certain times of the day with traffic but overall it’s still nice

unkempt, needs updated instead of painting over sinks tubs toilets. some doors don’t close correctly and my sliding door was broken and so was my chain on my door didn’t have the latch just the chain hanging. floors were dirty and so was bathroom.

The house keepers watch you and what you are doing more then they do work. My truck broke down and the house keeper lied and said we stayed in the parking lot all night when we only stayed long enough for AAA to come jump my truck. The front desk lied and said I through trash out my truck and they seen me on camera but when I ask to see the camera I wasn't aloud. And the rcoom smelled like a dog house instead of a hotel room

The house keepers stands around on their phones alot. Room wasn't cleaned beds were just made and also the trash wasn't checked.

The room that I was giving had no hot water and had roaches in the room, so I had to go to the office and get my room switched, that took almost an hour because of the inconveniences I was 30 minutes late on the check out but the motel charged me $25,00 from being late. The rooms are not clean

immediately after checking into our room we noticed 3 roaches. we asked for a change of room, in which there were none left, and instead I asked them to spray the room with bug spray. I had to call back 30 mins later to ask if they were coming and no one showed up AT ALL. Secondly, the thing on the door that allows you to swipe your card died and we were locked out of our room. the overnight worker was of zero help and I was forced to call the police, in which he was very helpful and got the keys from the front desk man to let us in our room (all which the overnight could’ve done himself). it took us 2 hours before we got back in our room. the next morning I went to the front desk to complain about what we had experienced and the only thing the woman said to me was “well you stayed the entire night”. by the time we were let back in our room was almost 4am! ridiculous and rude! will never stay there ever again and I advice anyone else not to as well.

Location is everything. I enjoyed my stay.

Front Desk staff was exceptional and the motel was very quiet. The room was very spacious.

The tub only the shower head worked. The water did not fill up the tub to give my baby a bath. The housekeepers were so rude to my children and sisters. I was running alittle late for coming to pick them up for checkout. I communicated with the front desk, and they said it was fine. The housekeepers kicked them out the room anyway.

Bed was comfortable, Cover had a cigarette burn in it.

Refrigerator was unplugged and smelled so I could not use it. Bathroom lock malfunctioned and I was locked in for a few minutes as doorknob was loose and it would not open for a few minutes.
