The staff is wonderfully pleasant and helpful. The entire property is very clean. The breakfast had a good variety for most dietary needs.

I wish the smoking rooms/balconies were not at the front of the hotel/main entrance. It's off putting as well as a nuisance for those of us that cannot be around any smoke for health reasons.

Guy at front desk was rude, didn’t make eye contact. Looked miserable and like he did not want to be there

There were little hairs around the tub right when we checked in. It looked like the shower wasn’t cleaned between guests

Not much to offer

Floors had trash papers . Floors were very wet by pool area. Beds were uncomfortable veery soft n used. Not enough soap or shampoo in room for more than one person we had 4. Bathroom sink drained very slow. Came back from dinner and was 4 cop cars by front door and no one to say come in it’s ok or stay away. Lady at front said can’t tell u what’s going on but go to your room on 3 rd floor it’s not there. Would have been nice if there was a cope at door to escort us. Pool room extremely humid n hot not enjoyable and area was dirty messy water looked cloudy. Been here before many times but will never go back again

The shower didn’t have hot water. Shower handle reversed ( cold water on hot water side)
