The location

The AC wasn't working in one room, had to have them come down and check, said they were going to move rooms, said i was going to get an upgrade, moved me to a 2 queen room upstairs, very small, problem in that room with the AC also, called down said they were going to move us again, instead of them coming to the room we had to go back and forth for new keys and still for what we paid not the best, yes remodeled but floors were not tacked down properly, AC's not working and very very small. Went to the Pool area the following day and it was nasty dirty, looked like no one did the upkeep in weeks. Looks like an older motel, purchased and updated but not upkept. Would not recommend to stay here again, we go down to Palm Springs 4-6 times a year and we like to stay at different properties to experience different areas. Would not recommend

Pool was not very clean. there was no breakfast

The ice machine needs repair, the pool could have been a little cleaner, and the room did not smell good initially. But, the staff is good and it was quite which is a plus.

Overall very old and in bad shape.

Room had a noticeable "bump " in the floor that caused the toilet to sit on an angle. Room phone did not work. Black marks around air con vent.

Room and location was fine.

The air conditioning failed and we spent two uncomfortable nights in the heat. The response of the front desk was unsatisfactory.

Friendly helpful staff and location was ideal

I would have liked a continental breakfast and the room telephone was not in operation

Jacuzzi was nice to have

No breakfast, no vending machines, no washer/drier....

We liked the view of the Moorten Botanical Garden and close mountains out the window and from the balcony. The elevator and cart were great to move our luggage to the second floor. The location was close to a number of hiking trails and other attractions.

the phone didn’t work, the ice machine was broken, the duvet was dirty, the pool didn’t work. the hotel is run down.

Unobstructed views of the mountains, botanical garden across the street.

New owners have increased incidental charges only excepting to be charged. Of course this means you won’t see it back in your bank for a week but it only takes seconds to charge. Checkout use to be 12pm and of course it is now 11am. Vegabond is much nicer with much better updated rooms. This place use to be a decent deal.

Lighting in the room was really bright and had no lamps. The walls could use some brightening up. Rooms were drab.

Room was updated and comfortable with a good view.

Very annoying bathroom light with motion sensor. I had to unplug the refrigerator due to the noisy compressor. More attention needed to clean the shower floor and caulking toward the back. No chair to relax or read in, other than the desk chair (could be a COVID precaution). TV remote needed new batteries or replacement.

Air conditioning for the whole facility was broken...86 deg in my room at 9pm..... The only saving grace was that the rooms have a balcony and the sliding door could be open since I was on an upper floor. BUT, there was no screen so bug mania for the night... Unbelievable......
