room was not thoroughly cleaned, fresh stains on carpet- appeared to be white substance, not dusted.

the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. I would return for the treatment by the staff alone.

The food truck was nice, the casino was OK and only one ATM worked, and the staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful and the location was good but you couldn’t get to the water or see much on the first floor.

The room was old and needed to be remodeled, the furniture was chipped and stained the carpet was hard and not comfortable and the carpet in the hallway was hard , discolored and stained and looked like it had never be changed . The Door to the room needed to be painted and the door key kept losing to code and had to be reprogrammed, walls were chipped ,stained and separating from the ceiling. The room was clean to a point . The walls were thin and you could hear everything and everyone that passed by including the staff conversations. The AC unit from the room upstairs dripped all night. I thought I was in a motel versus a hotel. The pictures were very misleading and we checked out 1 day early!

Hotel is outdated and needs a face-lift. The pictures in the site are not what the rooms look like today. I would not choose to stay there again. We had to call and request toilet paper. Beds were uncomfortable and carpet needs to be cleaned

they couldn’t find my reservation even though I had confirmation number. they didn’t have a king bed, nothing on first floor like my confirmation had. light over sink wouldn’t turn on. it came on an hour later?

The staff was the only thing good about our stay. All super helpful and super nice.

The facilities are so outdated and run down. There is no elevator. Rooms were clean, but the facility needs a massive renovation.

THERE WAS ROT AND MILD UNDER THE FRIDGE IN A CABINET/ HOLES IN THE WALL IN BATHROOM/

The location was excelent.the food was great.plenty of slots.

I reserved a smoking king they gave me a non smoking double.there was no elevator.had to walk to the lobby to go outside in the sun to smoke.the breezeway between the casino was closed.had to walk in the sun to the casino.

The location and breakfast were good, but last time I was there I saw a sign saying renovations but the rooms were still in bad shape and the casino has so many slot machines still not in working order. Nothing has been done to update the hotel or the casino. I will not stay again.
