The room was nice.

The pool was out of order. That was the main reason for going. Very upset

Front desk clerk was very nice.

The first room i went in the tub was full of dirt and hair! The second room the refrigerator still had food in it! The third room the tub was full of dirt. The front desk clerk checked all the room and i took videos for proof. I spoke with the on site manager who lied to me like she were going to make contact with me about the issue but did not! At check the clerk tells me i had a balance and im like no that cant be when it’s been taking out my account. She makes contact with the same manager that was suppose to contact me, and she walk her through the process of correcting my balance to zero.

The room was clean. Located was great.

Truly the nicest staff ever! Both night and morning shift! Good location for traveling I 20. 24 hour coffee machine with good coffee. Bed was comfortable.

This hotel is very overdue for renovation!!! Very run down, carpets dirty, etc.

They were unable to find my reservation and were sold out so I had to find other accommodations. Staff was rude and dismissive.

It was close to the baseball field!

I was not notified that the pool was out of order and has been for a long time so my kids and I were dressed for the pool and came down stairs to be told that it was empty and has been for a long time. We were very disappointed!!!
