The bar/restaurant wasn't open.

Restaurant was closed for renovation, no breakfrast even it was advertised. The rate was still the same without the amnemitities.

The lobby was nice

Staff was good. Didn't have the correct room for us but they fixed it.

Rust on the bathtub and no coffee cups

Our flight was two hours late, but the shuttle still picked us up even well after midnight.

The pool was out of order, and instead of the breakfast we expected, we got excuses.

Location fine, hotel was clean.

Hotel was clean but "tired". No one at the front desk when we arrived, then when someone arrived, they asked us to wait another few minutes before coming back to check us in. Receptionist was cold and systematic. When we arrived at our room -neither the TV nor the internet was working. Called the Front Desk and was told to try unplugging and plugging the TV in and that the internet was working - just to keep trying as they had a full house. We never were able to get on the internet and my husband had work he needed to do. We tried calling the internet support line only to get a continual busy signal. Definitely not a good hotel for business and unfortunately not up to the typical 4 Points standards.

We like the fact that it’s so close to the airport.

For the nightly rate this hotel charges it should at least be clean. The bathroom had hairs in the tub and things leftover from the previous guests so I can only assume no one cleaned the room. Absolutely disgusting. I’m glad we didn’t need to shower and brought our own blankets and such. Will never return to this hotel.

I like how close the hotel was to the airport. It was important to me that it had a shuttle and the shuttle was on time and I didn't miss my flight. I also like that I didn't have to walk far to get something to eat at a restaurant.

My bed was lopsided. It looked as if it was broken on one side. I only stayed for one night so I didn't complain. Also bathroom wasn't as clean as it could've been. Everything is slightly outdated.

The staff who checked me in was super nice but due to arriving late after two major delays in the airport, I was famished. I was told the Delta hotel might be open. I rushed over there and placed an order before they closed. Bed was comfortable and nice. There was nobody at the desk to check out so it was also confusing.
