The location was perfect. The room was very clean and the kitchen facilities were an added bonus though we did not need them for our short weekend.

The bed was on the soft side and not to our liking. The room temperature had a limit to how much you could move it so I was not able to cool the room to a low enough temperature for sleeping.

Valet never answered the phone. Call for car at front desk (as they requested) but the message wasn’t relayed to valet.

Clean- beautiful. It exceeded our expectations. The gift bag was such a nice surprise. The full kitchen and washer and dryer and ocean view were exceptional. I have a child with food allergies and our stay was safe as it is at home.The staff was excellent and I have to say my husband and kids all said it was the best vacation ever.

I stayed in room 704. The layout of the suite was very nice but it looked as if it was very worn. There was chipped paint, rubbed paint, stains, etc. Mayne needs an updated paint job.

Location was close to beach and attractions

Sofa bed was not comfortable. My dad had to put the cushions back and just sleep on the sofa. Queen bed had something on it that kept making my son and me itch all over our back. Only 1 bathroom and parking garage was across the street and too far for my elderly dad to walk. First level reserved just for valet parking and you have to go up 2 levels before you can park. Not enough handicap spots.

Very beautiful hotel and the staff was amazing and very friendly and accommodating.

The pull out couch was uncomfortable, but nothing a new mattress wouldn't fix.

the out dated rooms, bed should have been changed years ago! they make you feel unwanted once they realize you booked through a third party at $488 a night this was ridiculous! never booking again

Everything was great. Room, bathroom, jacuzzi, view, balcony, swimming pool hot tub, gate to the beach, beach access easily, parking, golf ⛳️ area. A lot of people complained about parking, first it was a whole building parking lot. Second there was a lot of parking spaces. And third it was so easy to get there just 5 min walk and the walk there is really nice and was specially made. And if u want to drop ur stuff first so u won’t carry them across 2 streets ( small streets) there are some parking for that by the door.

Nothing honestly. The only think, people next to us were smoking on their balcony and it was like a chimney when we were trying to enjoy the view and the weather. But that’s not the hotels fault since the hotel is a smoke free hotel.

Being on the beach and the resort was extremely clean and huge, several pools and room was amazing.

I dont believe there was anything they could have improved absolutely amazing resort, we will be going back.

Great hotel. Staff was nice. Our suite was great had a kitchen, living room, and balcony with an ocean view. Price was very reasonable. A lot of places are in walking distance. Went here on a honeymoon and will be back for future honeymoons. The best hotel I every been at and this will be our honeymoon spot.
