I wish there were more gluten free options but I want to personally thank Dana and Tara at the hotel in Charlestown WV. They surprised my boyfriend with balloons, scratch off tickets, snacks, and a card for his birthday and Dana upgraded our room. I want them to receive recognition please. The staff went above and beyond with my request to have something at the desk that said happy birthday.
Breakfast could have been better with more options and some gluten free options as well. Unfortunately intolerant to eggs.

walking distance from the casino and very short drive to Harpers ferry. Close to many shops. Shuttle service makes it even easier if you do not want to drive at all. Great breakfast. Pol was open and it was a plus in a sunny warm day of May. Whenever we go back to the area, that’s where we’ll stay.
Apart from some stains on the ceiling, everything was good.

I was very disappointed that the outside pool was closed. This is the reason I booked here instead of Hampton Inn. They said it wouldn't be opened until labor day. That should have been mentioned when booking.

The place is aweful, sorry to say it. The smell of the room was disgusting, like some dog died in there. Worst of all, there were cockroaches in the bathroom and the room.

it had everything you would want in a hotel- clean, comfortable and safe. the bed was super comfortable. we had a king suite- king bedroom with living room and kitchen. it was like a small apartment. great hotel.

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I ever slept in or tried to sleep in as I was unable to sleep good. For the cost of the room I would've expected a more comfortable bed.
