Pool under construction which was not disclosed at time of booking. The kids were very disappointed.

Everything and they also had real soap(Dove). The room was a great size.

There was nothing I didn't like except the reason for having to be there was for a funeral.

It’s a nice hotel, stinks that the pool was closed… but it is being renovated. Housekeeping does a decent job keeping it clean. Beds are comfortable. Prices aren’t bad. Best hotel in Concordia.

The bathroom had black mold in the corner. Our room had moisture on the ceiling near the window. AC was extremely musty. Breakfast wasn’t the best. Stayed here in September as well and the biscuits never improved. They were still burnt. Housekeeping was pretty loud in the morning, I get you have to make it enjoyable but it did make it a little hard to sleep that morning. Didn’t get an early check-in as requested. Oh well, I had all ready been waiting around all day. What’s another hour?

This hotel was the best we’ve stayed in a very long time. The rooms were exceptionally clean, the staff was so friendly, and the breakfast they serve in the morning was great!

the breakfast was very disappointing. 6 am would be much better. The coffee was not ready until almost 7am. some of the people waiting gave up and left. The eggs were cold .We have stayed with you before and enjoyed it but this time it was not up to standard.

The TV was not working and we had to call the front destk twice for help.

Good breakfast, we used indoor hot tub and pool , polite stuff

They didn’t have the lights turned on in the parking lot. Very dangerous with ice on the lot.
