Worst experience EVER!!! Hotel clerk was very unhelpful and told us how awful the town is and how much he hates the area after we just told him we were there touring the college. Put us in the wrong room and then said they were completely sold out and could not accommodate. He said they were actually overbooked by 7 rooms even though I made my reservation over a month ago!! Had to leave and find a new hotel and I’m STILL waiting for my refund but the manger never seems to be on duty and they are the only one able to process the refund.

First time booking with this location, and wow did they exceed my expectations. Clean location, clean rooms but what really exceeded my expectations was how they cool they were with me being able to pray in the conference room. For sure really loved that and too top it off, a nice gentleman took the time to call me after I had returned the room. Letting me know on how I had forgotten my prayer mat. For sure will be booking with this location again . Thank you

Check in was quick and easy. Staff was polite. Power curtains in room did not function and the restaurant was having problems such as no bread, no waffles, one couple left as there was no warm coffee. To be fair it was graduation time in Charlottesville and hard to find help. The chef was handling cooking and waiting on tables. Also, the roll in shower head was not functioning properly and curtain allowed too much water on the tile floor. Also, brighter lights and light locations are needed for reading.

Wry poor lighting. Almost no hot water for a shower. No outlet by bathroom sink. Only outlet across bathroom. Hair dryer did not work. Ice machine did not work. Garbage left in hallways for days- smelled really bad. Strongly NOT recommended
