The Hotel smelled like a nursing home!

The location to the mall is great and the breakfast was excellent

breakfast was disappointing and they were going to charge us for one bottle of water.

very comfortable and exactly what I needed following a long day at the hospital with a medical emergency for a family member. I was able to clean clothes that had been soiled at the laundry and get the rest I needed. The breakfast provided was excellent. I will recommend.

The clerk had a very difficult time programming the keys and checking us in. It took quite awhile—some of the problem may have been the equipment.

Clean & really comfrontable bed.

Location is great. Breakfast was exactly like all the others… disappointing. Coffee and a sweet roll or bagel is enough. Staff is very accommodating.

The hotel manager greeted us warmly, very hospitable as was earth staff person we met. Exceptional level of hospitality.
